EasyCancelDocs is a software tool, NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations. Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The generated documents are based solely on your input.

3. Refund Policy & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

All sales are final. Because EasyCancelDocs provides immediately accessible digital goods (PDF downloads), you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately upon purchase. By consenting to this, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht / No Refunds) once the PDF is generated.

4. AI Generation & "As-Is" Clause

Our documents are generated using automated systems and artificial intelligence. They are provided "as-is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that third parties (e.g., your gym) will accept the cancellation document, as this depends on their internal policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the document generated. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Retention (ZERO DATA RETENTION)

We respect your privacy to the highest degree. We strictly do not store any of the personal information, contract details, or generated PDFs on our servers or databases. Your inputted data is processed momentarily in-memory solely to generate your document and is immediately and permanently deleted after the download or email dispatch. We do not store credit card information; all payments are securely processed directly by Stripe. We do not track you, and we do not sell your data. What happens on EasyCancelDocs, stays in your downloaded PDF.
